Have you found an Elorett item you absolutely must have?
Then choose a color and/or size now and click “Add to basket”.
Of course, you can continue shopping. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the “shopping basket icon” at the top right.
Please note that items in your shopping cart do not mean they are reserved.
Are you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the “shopping cart icon” in the upper right corner to go to your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. This will take you to the checkout. Here you can enter all your details on one page.
Please note: once you have completed your order, you cannot make any more changes because your order will be processed immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Elorett takes care of the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.
* However, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, of which you will receive the link by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
HOW LONG ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Elorett strives to deliver its products quickly. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait 7 days for you at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a message from the driver with the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will bring the package back to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship as quickly as possible, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please notify us. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be started by PostNL and we will keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
