Exchanges and returns
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email Info.elorett@gmail.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.

Upon return, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that have clearly been used, opened or are not in their original condition.

Requesting a return

Download the return form, print it and fill it out if you don't already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
Send your return form together with a photo of the products you want to return by e-mail to Info.elorett@gmail.com.
Once your return has been authorized, make sure it is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
Clearly indicate “Return Shipment” on the outer packaging of your package.
Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely to us.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
Ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Make sure the return form is authorized - without authorization, your return cannot be processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:


Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Please include your order number, email address and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form.
From the return form. Be sure to label the package with a track & trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings to
occur.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase price
amount will be credited to your bank account within five business days.
